Enterprises in the realization of the logistics outsourcing should be implemented after the selection and the needs of their own logistics companies are appropriate to reduce and disperse this risk is the best choice.Based on their own development needs and characteristics of a targeted selection of logistics providers to protect the logistics system can be specialized and professional.On the basis of a large amount of literature reading,this paper takes the logistics supplier selection of Tianjin W Company as the object of study.Firstly,it analyzes the existing problems of Tianjin W Company's logistics supplier selection.Based on the principle of evaluation index system construction,Finally,16 specific indexes were selected from the four dimensions of logistics cost index,operational efficiency index,financial capability index and operational capability index,and the logistics supplier evaluation index system was constructed.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)The weight of the expert judgment matrix is determined and the weights of each index are determined.Finally,the logistics suppliers of the newly constructed logistics supplier evaluation system were evaluated,and four logistics suppliers with stable cooperation relationship with W Company of Tianjin were selected for empirical study,which verified the scientific and operable index.
