As a leading clothing manufacturer,China’s textile industry shows an obvious trend of overcapacity in recent years.China’s textile industry is confronted with many severe challenges such as benefits decreasing,market share reducing etc.With the further promotion of Internet,people’s consumption concept has changed a lot and the traditional large-scale garment pattern already can’t satisfy people’s growing personalized requirements.More and more people from the upper class choose to wear tailored clothing with great personal and social status when they attend the banquet,business talks and other important occasions,which drives the rapid development of China’s apparel custom industry.The consumption idea represented with individuation and diversification has brought a new round of growth momentum for China’s depressed garment industry,which make the traditional clothing industry gradually form small-batch and fast-changing production,marketing model and clothing industry has been into an unprecedented period of transformation.Based on the analysis of existing clothing customization model and the trend for traditional garment industry customized transformation,it’s found that China’s garment industry is faced with some problems such as unreasonable supply relationship,low innovation and serious commodity homogeneity etc.In order to find a way to adapt to the development of the garment custom industry,I actively explore the characteristics of garment customization,the strength of “Internet+” and the feasibility of garment customization on the Internet in practice projects.Through the participation in the setup of “China original clothing custom network” and creation for my own garment customization brand “Transferee”,combined with the characteristics of garment customization,integrated with the “Internet+”,establish a new customization model and create a better service system.The platform establishes the fabric library,pattern library,style library,database and service sector which improves the disadvantages of long cycle,complex procedures,much cost and make garment customization more and more convenient,popular and civilian.According to the characteristics of the clothing industry,the pattern of marketing and promotion choose new retail,pre-sale and D2 C as the main way,which meets the needs of social and economic development and people’s diversified consumption demand and also balance supply and demand from the root.In production mode,abandon the original mode of production and supply and build flexible production chain and assign people into different small groups to take the “small-batch and fast-changing” way to quickly respond to market and also decrease inventory to save cost and improve the efficiency.Through the analysis of existing custom clothing brand,understanding of our current advanced customization and mass customization custom suit,shirt industry,and on the basis of the disorder of the clothing customization model and clothing customization resource fragmentation,optimizing resources,improving the service system,and establishing the “Transferee” custom brand image.Making full use of the modern technology and platform advantage,the transferee can provide customized,micro customization and other related business,which can improve the service system in a certain extent,and let the real "custom" face with the majority of consumers.In view of the results of the research and practice,making the garment customization combined with the Internet and exploring the development trend of the garment industry are contributed to seek better developing space.With the advent of the Internet era and under the environment of industry restructuring,consumption upgrading and comprehensive transformation of social environment,the custom clothing upgrade the business architecture with Internet technology to meet the personalized trend and continue to promote the transformation of China garment industry to the direction of customization.
