With the advent of personalized consumer era,custom consumer in clothing,jewelry,tourism and other areas can be seen everywhere.However,the clothing customization classification system and standards are lack,and clothing custom categories vary.The existing classification is mostly divided from the perspective of production,which is not synergistic with the needs of consumers.And that makes the clothing customization classification lack of market-oriented and consumer awareness of corporate custom categories is low.Customized supply and demand lack of interaction and integration,and there is a communication gap in the customization process,which made poor customer experience and greatly affected the enterprise custom collaboration ability and custom performance.Therefore,currently the establishment of a more detailed,more inclusive and normative mass custom classification methods and standards is the focus of business and academia.This article will fused the customized consumer demand and enterprise custom production factors based on synergetic theory,and get “binary fusion” classification factors set,which as a basis for custom classification.The new customized category can meet the needs of consumers and custom experience,but also conducive to the production of customized business,which resulting in the largest corporate custom performance,achieve win-win custom classification.This article focuses on the research topics of the clothing customization category and its commercialization,and costume customization and classification,custom synergycapability and customization corporate performance are the main line.The main contents are as follows:(1)The research of consumer customization demand factors.The research of consumer customization demand factors and enterprise customization factors is the theoretical basis for the collaborative analysis of the two.And because consumers' demands are varied,including explicit demand and invisible demand,this article uses the method of grounded theory to fully tap the customization needs of consumers from the perspective of clothing specialty,which is the basic premise of personalized customization.(2)Construction of the influencing factor model of “binary fusion” clothing customization category.Through investigation and research,we can verify and quantify the influencing factors of consumer customization and enterprise customization,and use the idea of collaborative theory to obtain a set of customized influencing factors of interaction and fusion.Secondly,combining the two-element fusion set,combined with SPSS correlation analysis and AMOS structural equation to construct a "binary fusion" garment custom classification influencing factor model.(3)Clothing custom classification standards.This section is an empirical study.According to the "dual integration" of clothing custom classification,with reference to the garment industry to develop standards norms,principles,requirements,processes,etc.,to develop different custom types of custom processes,rules and custom classification coding standards.Based on the existing scholars' research,this paper makes some innovations as the following two aspects:(1)Innovation of theoretical structure model.In this paper,we put the categories of garment customization,the ability of customization and corporate performance into a research framework.With the combination of consumer demand and enterprise customization as the starting point,and this paper introduces the influencing factors of "binary fusion" Custom classification,research the relationship among custom collaboration ability and the performance of customized business,build the theoreticalmodel of the three,from a new focus on clothing custom classification issues.(2)Innovation of empirical test method.Based on the interactive fusion custom classification and its standard to design the clothing network customization for commercialization.Applying the new customized classification standard to Qingdao red-collar clothing brand to design network interface,as a result that improved consumer custom experience and custom efficiency.
