Research On The Industry For Poverty Alleviation In Qianjiang,Hubei

Xi jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China since 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the "precision poverty alleviation" concept,and introduced a series of accurate poverty alleviation work file,in the whole country raised a hot wave "poverty alleviation",aims to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020,and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Although the city of qianjiang in hubei province is located in the rich jianghan plain,it still exists in poor villages because of natural resources,human resources and social security.The city has a total population of 1.03 million and the poor population is 65,000.The existence of poor people affects the economic development of qianjiang county,and also affects people's happiness index.Qianjiang city since 2015,vigorously carry out the accurate poverty alleviation,and sums up the innovative "poverty alleviation ten method",namely the development of production,finance,credit and land circulation for poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation,training,employment,infrastructure construction,dangerous house reconstruction for poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation,culture,tourism poverty alleviation,security education,medical treatment and rescue for poverty alleviation out of poverty alleviation.Accurate poverty alleviation work has obtained certain achievements,but still to a certain extent,exposed some problems,such as poor endogenous power is not strong,because of the cause of residual poverty situation difficult to change,in our thoughts loafing,industry poverty alleviation work hard to roll out such problems as incomplete and poverty alleviation work appraisal way.Based on the case study of the precision poverty alleviation of the small lobsters industry in Zhaonao village,this paper analyzes the above problems and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the targeted poverty alleviation work in the future.Future should strengthen the poor own development ability in power,expand coverage for social security and ability of transformation is enhanced in our efforts to promote qianjiang precision poverty alleviation work more productive,contribute to achieving a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.
