Research On Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Industry In A District Of Y City From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

China's targeted poverty alleviation has entered the final critical stage of poverty alleviation.In this whole course of targeted poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,as an important aspect of targeted poverty alleviation,has made a lot of achievements,but there are still some problems to be solved urgently.Since the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,especially after entering the phase of poverty alleviation,A district has actively responded to the call of national policy and tried to explore ways to strengthen the people and enrich the villages.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on poverty alleviation of rural industry from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation.Taking A district,Y city,Shaanxi province as an example,this paper starts from the definition of relevant concepts,relevant theoretical basis and domestic and foreign reviews,combined with the field investigation and the collected data,expounds the status quo,effectiveness and existing problems of poverty alleviation in rural industries in A district.On this basis,the paper deeply explores the causes of the problems,and under the guidance of relevant theories,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the poverty alleviation of rural industries in A district,and finally summarizes the full text.Through the research,the author hopes to make a contribution to the promotion of rural development,and at the same time to other areas of industrial poverty alleviation to bring some enlightening reference.Specifically,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of poverty alleviation of rural industries in A district by means of literature analysis,field research and case analysis.Firstly,the paper expounds the development process and current situation of poverty alleviation in A district,summarizes the basic situation of A district and the poverty alleviation in rural industry,and focuses on the driving force,thinking and effect of poverty alleviation in A district.Then,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of poverty alleviation in A district.Finally,on the basis of the experience of poverty alleviation in rural industries at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization Suggestions of poverty alleviation in rural industries in A district in combination with relevant theories,so as to better promote the poverty alleviation and development of rural industries.Through the research,we can find that many strong measures have been taken to alleviate poverty in the rural industry in A district of Y city,which has played a very good role in alleviating poverty in just a few years.However,there are still some problems to be solved.At present,there are mainly problems such as insufficient regional advantages,weak industrial development,weak poverty alleviation capacity,more debt to people's livelihood and limited local financial resources.Through in-depth analysis of the fundamental reasons behind these problems,mainly because the government service guarantee measures are not sound,the value of poverty alleviation project is not in place,help and be helped into a joint force.In combination with the current practical problems in A district and the experience of poverty alleviation in rural industries at home and abroad,in the final stage of poverty alleviation and in the next stage of development,A district focuses on optimization from the following aspects: continue to improve the supporting conditions for poverty alleviation by industry,strengthening the accumulation of rural human capital,deepen the connection between helping and being helped.
