G Power Grid was established in 2002,it is one of the earlier Power Grid in China, serving more than 90 million people from 18 million families, managing equitments worth hundreds of billions of yuan.As the ultimate element in the electric power system, power transformer is one of the most important electrical equipment. Its operating reliability, stability and power system security are closely related to the effective diagnosis as well as the integrity of the transformer to run the state targeted accurately judge out of a power transformer the deterioration of state of the pros and cons, has been the focus of the study and difficult of all electrical workers. On the basis of the existing power transformer status indicators and the theory of variable weights, this paper calculate the weights of with an analytic hierarchy process evolution system, and an evaluation of examples to illustrate the the application of the evaluation model.Otherwise, the evaluation of the quality of the state for the device just to get the current issue of the quality of state electrical equipment, further analysis and use of gray theory to predict the quality of state electrical equipment, electrical equipment to form a state trend analysis,to really grasp the quality of electrical equipment the purpose and conduct scientific management. And validated to predict the effect. Finally,Aiming at solving the problem that reliability and economy of power transformers are not reasonably considered in the condition based maintenance problem recently,a maintenance decision making model, considering reliability and economy, based on transformer risk assessment and life cycle cost analysis,is established to select the best maintenance strategy of a transformer. The model assess the best ratio of the risk-benefit and the annual life cycle cost in order to obtain the best maintenance decision making. The case study shows that the proposed maintenance decision making model can provide effective advice to electrical companies.
