Channel is the point of contact with customers and Banks,through the channel,the bank service to clients."Channel is king" is the key to service industry,the laws of commercial bank core competence is a important content.As competition heats up,diversification of financial institutions and the rapid development of Internet financial,the acceleration of financial consumer preferences change,traditional domestic commercial Banks must maintain a high level of market sensitivity,keep up with the change of market situation and customer consumption preference,the transformation and upgrade channels.As A member in the domestic traditional bank,Bank A inevitably the flood of channel reform.Bank A must adjust direction and strategy,it can help to optimize its own channel development strategy constantly,enhance competitiveness.It is the necessary means.to deal with the impact of emerging channels of Internet companies and consumer finance company.In this paper,Bank A as the research object,uses the enterprise diagnosis way,through the SWOT analysis,benchmarking analysis,questionnaire investigation and literature research,in order to find Bank A inside and outside situation.Through research,found Bank A exist the within channel layout,lack of innovation,external service mode needs to be improved,the business process needs to be optimized,staffing problems such as unreasonable;meanwhile Bank A faced external problems include the strong impact from Internet,alternative bank new patterns are emerging,new payment mode of hits,under the age of the Internet customer habits change trend.As A result,put forward Bank A should adjust the channel services from channel transformation,increase the efficiency of the network integrated,strengthen the channel coordination,improve personnel structure several aspects.I engaged in channel management in the banking system,the research based on the actual situation of my work,hope that through this theory combined with the actual analysis of the bank's internal and external situation,find out problems and put forward some countermeasures for ideas,and provide some valuable Suggestions for the channel construction of my company.
