With the rapid development of Internet finance,the source and profit of the traditional bank retail business have been continuously eaten.At the same time,due to the intensified competition in the banking industry,interest rate liberalization will lead to a sharp decline in the overall profit level of the banking industry,and the requirement of commercial banks for business efficiency will continue to improve,and the retail business which relies heavily on channel capacity is increasing in banking business.First of all,the original channels are independent,the lack of unified management model can not meet the diversified and personalized needs of customers.Secondly,information is not shared among different channels.Especially with the continuous innovation of online channels,the continuous introduction of new products,the corresponding experience is quite different,which brings inconvenience to customers,so that business can not migrate to virtual channels on a large scale.Finally,the cost of channel management is high,and reducing the cost and increasing efficiency has become a key problem to be considered in the channel transformation of commercial banks.Therefore,whether the channel resources can achieve effective returns will decide the overall performance level of banks,and enhance the overall return on investment and operational efficiency of the outlets will become the core concern of all commercial banks.The transformation of commercial banks' channels will be an important challenge for some time in the future.It's an important proposition for commercial banks to adapt to the new normal economic situation and seek future development.In this paper,the necessity of channel transformation is studied on the B Bank branch in Jiangsu Province,summarizes the main aspects of the development of B bank Jiangsu branch channel construction,fully excavate the prominent problems existing in the channel construction,through the SWOT analysis of the B bank Jiangsu branch channel strengthsweaknesses opportunities and the threat,the core of this paper is targeted from the macro and micro level put forward three different channel transformation scheme,at the macro level,the transformation scheme of channel integration,intelligent network,Internet banking,to further enhance the Jiangsu branch of B bank channel management efficiency,to create the competition in the industry dominant position.At the micro level,the transformation from the three dimensions of physical outlets,electronic banking,customer manager,to from the point and the breakthrough,give full play to the Jiangsu branch of B bank channel resources advantages,and strive to achieve in a channel priority transition results,demonstration role for the play.Finally,in order to promote the transformation of the whole channel,we put forward six specific countermeasures and suggestions,in order to plan,clarify the direction and optimize the way in the process of promoting the transformation of the channel,so as to steadily push forward the transformation plan of the channel.It is hoped that this article can provide some reference for the commercial banks of our country at the same time in solving the problem of channel transformation in the Jiangsu branch of the Bank of B.
