With the rapid development of market economy and the deepening of urbanization,China's elevator industry has been developing rapidly,which has brought a lot of convenience to people's production and life.Elevator needs to be attached to buildings and compared with the common mechanical and electrical equipment,transportation tools,a remarkable characteristic is specification is various,different individuality demand,a single standard models of batch quantity is less,each customer's space,decoration,shaft,such as the functional requirements are likely to have differences,so lead to elevator company there are a large number of non-standard order.G company non-standard contract order number showed a trend of continuous growth,at the same time of non-standard order the long cycle of production scheduling,sales price is too high,the design error too short of a series of problems such as leakage,production material increasingly exposed,network companies and direct customer satisfaction of the company is declining,design staff work efficiency is reduced,the biggest bottleneck has become the company's rapid development.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the non-standard order management in this paper.Based on the parametric theory,modular theory and product management theory,and combined with the DMAIC model,this paper analyzes and studies the non-standard order management based on the parametric design of G company.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance of this research,and puts forward the research content,and through consulting a large number of literature,expounds the theory used in this research,and forms the research route and method.Then,by means of G company based on parameterized non-standard order management present situation investigation and analysis,customer requirements can be found-functional description problem,non-standard product type diversification,the product design process of system problems and non-standard order product quality problems need to be improved,at the same time,using scientific analysis method to find the root cause of the problem.Then,combined with DMAIC model and quantitative data analysis,at the same time using QFD,pareto chart,brainstorming,SERVQUAL,tree graph,statistical analysis tools such as fishbone diagram,feedback to the customer demand management is rigorous,the standardization of non-standard products,non-standard parts modular and parameter generalization,product parametric design system management study and improvement.Finally,through the construction of the management team and the establishment of parameter management system,linkage performance assessment to improve the implementation of the program to provide a guarantee,and use PFMEA to control the risk,so as to optimize the non-standard order management based on parametric design and effective use.In conclusion,in this paper,through the analysis and research of the application of non-standard order management in G company based on parametric design,the paper has integrated the theory and knowledge system of project management,parametric management and 6sigma management and other aspects.
