China’s automobile enterprises and dealers have grown up very quickly;all OEMs in the industry got a slice of the outbreak.At the same time,it also bring a challenge,how the car companies to obtain higher profits,how to attract more loyal customers,how to build a better brand image in the steady growth of market environment,which have become the inevitable problem of automobile and components enterprises.For end users,except fast and efficient service which provided by automobile enterprises,product reliability reputation is also directly affect the user’s choice.For car companies,product whole life cycle management is very important,from the product SOP,to field product issues,to the investigation,corrective solution identify,field actions,then back to the continuous improvement of existing products,more quick and more effective of this cycle,more smaller influence of the OEM,and the influence will also from negative to positive.This paper combed the theory of continue improvement of quality,product whole life cycle management,failure claims,new product management.And also introduces the existing international C company’s business development in China,analyses the C company’s marketing claims and new management practice,in view of some management board during the present operation,to analyze and improve the corresponding claims and product management framework,and combined with the implementation of the specific case,and the designed model framework for theory and practice.Based on the scheme of a complete set of C company claim for compensation are summarized and the successful experience of product management,also analyzed the potential of some sustainable improvement,combined with a series of optimization Suggestions,in order to further improve the model.Provided a certain reference of the market product reliability improvement practice for multinational companies in China.
