| Since 2003,China’s three-dimensional garage,driven by the automobile industry and the downstream real estate market,has entered a stage of rapid development.The rise of the market has spawned a rapid growth of some garage enterprises.In recent years,due to the increasingly serious parking problems,the policy driven,the market further prosperous,a large number of garage enterprises influx,making industry concentration decreased,exacerbated by competition in the industry.As entering the garage industry has 10 years of Guangdong SP company,its pre development process,we have achieved good results,but with the development of the industry,the increasingly fierce market competition,the development prospect of the enterprise,the state gradually blurred,have made the enterprise development into a dilemma.Enterprises urgently need relevant strategies to get rid of the unfavorable situation of competition,so that enterprises can seize the opportunity,so that the company continues to grow and develop,and become the leading enterprise of the future three-dimensional garage market。This paper from the perspective of enterprise strategic thinking,the use of PEST model,the Potter five forces model and strategic management tool,analyzes the social and macroeconomic environment,the company SP garage industry environment,and according to SP’s own resources and ability are studied.After analyzing the internal and external environment,SWOT analysis method is used to sum up the advantages and opportunities,the possible disadvantages and threats of the SP stereoscopic garage company.In the analysis process,in addition to the theoretical guidance,but also make full use of the prospective industry database resources,fully reference industry database resources,conducted interviews with the senior management of SP company,the purpose is for the competitive strategy of SP company suitable for parking,to enable enterprises to make full use of existing resources and maintain a favorable competitive position.In recent years,countries in order to solve the parking problem,the frequent introduction of policy,driven by policy direction,in line with the principle of capital profit,big small and medium-sized enterprise competition in the industry caused by rush on like a swarm of hornets,particularly intense,the industry concentration decreased,companies such as SP,small and medium-sized private enterprises in the fierce competition to gain a foothold,forming the core competitiveness of competition the final barrier to obtain greater market share,becoming the industry leader,is the purpose of this study。The conclusion of this paper believes that the SP company in the competition,enterprises should make full use of the advantages of resources,strategic focus segments,high-end products of vertical lifting type gradually improve the technical content,implement differentiation strategy.The lifting and moving products are realized through low cost strategy through technological improvement.In the breakdown of products in the field,with the rise of the high-end market,high-end products should be strengthened to adapt to public facilities and parking lot units as the application object,and gradually give up the original real estate market to meet the number of low-priced products.In the target market,the national market should not be temporarily spread,Southern China should be stabilized and the central and southwestern regions should be gradually pushed forward.The proposed strategy not only has certain guiding significance for the future development of SP company,but also has the guidance and reference significance for other enterprises in the industry to develop competitive strategy。... |
