As a new mode of further expanding tourism resources and extending industrial chains,all-area-advancing tourism not only meets people’s increasing material and spiritual needs,but also breaks through the limitations of traditional spots and cities,promotes the comprehensive development of rural economy,politics,culture and society,and realizes Rural Revitalization.Taking the rural development of Beidaihe District as the breakthrough point and the theory of all-area-advancing tourism as the main analysis tool,this study focuses on discussing and studying the current situation of rural development in Beidaihe District,combined with methods of literature and case analysis,field research and summary.On the basis of analyzing the reasons to the problems such as unbalanced development,difficulties in increasing income,homogenization of development and construction,backward ideas of farmers,and lack of attractiveness of rural tourism,this study draws inspiration from the typical cases of promoting Rural Revitalization through the development of all-area-advancing tourism home and abroad,and puts forward the countermeasures by strengthening the guidance and management of the government,promoting the integration of diversified industries,deeply excavating tradition and culture,emphasizing the introduction of talents and activating tourism resources.This study not only has a guiding significance for Beidaihe District to promote Rural Revitalization through the development of all-area-advancing tourism and to enhance the competitiveness of Beidaihe District in the similar coastal tourism areas,but also provides references for other tourism areas.
