Study On The Development Strategy Of Rural Tourism In Huangcheng Area,Beiliutown,Yang Cheng County

The 19 th CPC National Congress stressed that the problem of peasants and peasants is the fundamental issue related to the people's livelihood,and must always take solving the "three rural issues" as the top priority of the work of the whole party.And put forward for the first time the implementation of rural revitalization strategy this important decision-making deployment,in order to speed up the development of agricultural and rural modernization.As a necessary link in the reform of rural revitalization,rural tourism will play an important role in the strategy of rural revitalization.With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard,rural tourism has become a great demand for people to improve the quality of life.As a comprehensive form of tourism,it takes the village community as the activity place and takes the village alone.The special production patterns,life customs and pastoral scenery can play a role in promoting the development of related industries,absorbing local employment,helping farmers get rid of poverty,protecting the rural ecological environment,and so on.Huangcheng focus on cultural landscape resources as the leading,although the scenic area income is relatively high,but the economic advantages of tourism industry is not obvious.How to make use of the advantages of tourism to promote the economic vitality of the region has become a major challenge facing the Huangcheng area.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical and practical experiences of rural tourism resources,industry,development model and rural tourism industry cluster research at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of rural tourism development in Huangcheng District of Beiliu Town,and puts forward the problems to be solved in this paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes and classifies the tourism resources in Huangcheng district,selects the AHP method to evaluate the tourism resources quantitatively,and sums up the value and importance of the tourism resources development in Huangcheng district.It also analyzes the present situation of tourism,and emphasizes the importance of the reception service,retail trade,transportation and other surrounding industries of rural tourism in touristtourism.And then According to the industrial distribution of Huangcheng area,this paper constructs and analyzes the basic situation of industrial cluster.Finally,according to the characteristics and present situation of rural tourism in Huangcheng district,the development strategy of rural tourism is put forward.
