With the rapid development of China's national economy and people's increasing material needs,the vast majority of people are actively exploring to meet their spiritual needs,which triggers the rapid development and growth of China's tourism industry.At the same time,"China Tourism Industry Survey and Market Forecast(2015-2020)" mentioned that China is actively and vigorously developing China's tourism industry,and put this development plan into the national 12 th Five-Year Plan outline.Since the reform and opening up,people's travel mainly depends on traditional tourism marketing channels.With the rapid economic growth and the rapid rise of Internet e-commerce,the online tourism market environment in China has also developed rapidly.Online tourism is an important part of China's tourism market,which has a very important impact on the growth of China's national economy and the adjustment of enterprise management.The development and growth of enterprises can't be separated from the long-term strategic layout with the changes of the times.As a product of the times,online tourism can't be separated from the guidance of the development strategy of enterprises with high standards.The research object of this paper is the Tongcheng tourism.The Tongcheng tourism is an online tourism service platform.The service mode of the Tongcheng tourism is to provide a two-way communication platform for traditional tourism,air tickets,hotels and other suppliers and offline consumers.However,the fierce market competition environment and the changes of the large market environment require that the same-trip tourism have a clear and reliable development strategy in the long-term development,in order to gain the dominant position of the enterprise in the development strategy of the whole market environment.In this paper,using the theory of strategic development and the analysis tool of enterprise competitive strategy development,the internal resources and external market environment of the Tongcheng tourism and the current management status are analyzed in detail.On the basis of this analysis,this paper puts forward the market orientation,strategic objectives,strategy formulation and implementation guarantee of the same-way tourism development,with a view to providing empirical reference for the formulation and implementation of the same-way tourism development strategy and the safeguard measures of the strategy.This research article is divided into five parts to elaborate.The first part expresses the background of the research and the research methods used in this paper,as well as the current situation of online tourism development in various research fields at home and abroad.The second part mainly elaborates the development process of the same-trip tourism,the analysis of OTA market development status,and the differences with the development strategy of competitive enterprises.The third part is to use PEST and SWOT analysis to elaborate the development strategy of the same trip Tourism and OTA market.The fourth part mainly relies on the summary of the strategic analysis method used in the third part to adjust and optimize the existing strategy of the Tongcheng tourism,mainly for the strategic positioning and how to carry out the strategic steps.The fifth part is mainly about how to provide safeguards for the same-trip tourism strategy on the basis of the fourth part of the strategic positioning.
