In 1999,Ctrip was founded in China,which marked the emergence of China's online travel market.After nearly two decades,the development of the online tourism market has gone through four stages: the initial stage,the growth stage,the market segmentation stage and the large number of competitors.In the stage of the growth of online travel market in2005,QNE travel network is established in this time,once established QNE travel network became China's first travel search engine as the main business of enterprises.In recent years,the online travel market has developed to a large number of competitors in the stage,the resulting competitive pressure increasing,at the same time the major online travel companies still exist homogeneity serious phenomenon,offline services is difficult to guarantee quality,low price competition seriously,lack of industry standards and other issues.In the face of increasing competition pressure and increasing losses,QNE travel network is doomed to be merged.What kind of development strategy should be adopted by QNE tourism network after the merger can improve the competitiveness of enterprises and become the top priority of QNE tourism network.This article through to QNE travel network of internal and external environment,choice of differentiation strategy and implementation way three aspects to carry on the analysis,USES the literature material method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and research methods,such as experience method,respectively,using PEST analysis,porter five model,Boston matrix,SWOT,and construct the evaluation matrix method to the enterprise external environment,the online travel industry environment,the enterprise internal environment as well as the main business are analyzed and compared,analyzed emphatically tickets,hotels,holiday three main business,by operating mode,the historical financial data,and the development trend of the latest aspects of analysis,finally it is concluded that QNE travel network should be fully implement the strategy of differentiation.At the same time,it is pointed out that the implementation of differentiation strategy should be carried out from five aspects: integrating management team,improving service quality,adjusting main business,strengthening core technology and reconstructing brand image.It is hoped that this study can make up for the lag of theoretical research caused by the rapid development of the industry,and provide ideas for further development of other online tourism enterprises.
