Research On Performance Evaluation Of Taxation Service Of Taxation Bureau Of Lingang District, Yibin City

After China's reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the economy,the people are more involved in economic activities,and more and more tax authorities are going to do taxes.The Taxation Service Office is the window unit of the taxation system.All tax-related businesses initiated by taxpayers after the tax collection and management reform are undertaken by the Taxation Service Department.It is a direct reflection of the tax image and even represents the image of the government.Since the 18 th National Party Congress in 2012,building a service-oriented government is an important task for the party and the country.In 2018,the reform of the national tax collection and management system was fully completed.It is particularly important to optimize the taxation business environment and improve the quality of tax service.Although the performance appraisal indicator of Sichuan Provincial Taxation Bureau(version 7.0)has been fully implemented in the province's taxation system,this will further promote the overall taxation quality of Sichuan taxation.However,a complete performance evaluation mechanism for tax services has not yet been established.This paper takes the Taxation Bureau of Lingang District,Yibin City,Sichuan Province as the research object,combines the relevant theory of performance management and the experience of its own actual work,adopts the method of investigation and research,reading the literature,and gathers the advanced thoughts of modern public management and the related knowledge of performance management.Fully consider the relevant characteristics and development trends of national law enforcement agencies,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the overall situation of the performance evaluation of tax service performance of the Lingang District Taxation Bureau at this stage and the specific problems in the development process,and point out its main body in the evaluation of tax service performance.,evaluation indicators,evaluation methods,results identification and use problems and analysis of the causes of problems,and finally through the relevant theoretical research and case studies,propose countermeasures.This study will improve the performance evaluation of tax service as a method to further improve the quality of tax service,and will also play a positive role in the comprehensive improvement of the tax system performance management system.To a certain extent,it has the reference significance of research and practical work.
