Tire industry has different characteristics from that of other industries: high degree of market concentration,giant tires enterprise holds an absolute advantage,such as the degree of the tire industry shift to the Asia-pacific region is more and more.As the world's largest tire producer and exporter in China,domestic tire enterprises to develop very fast in recent years,but in the case of the global financial crisis and economic recession have also been very big effect.Export quotas in 2015 showed the trend is declining.As industrial city of Dongying,rubber tire production occupies one quarter of the country,setting guangrao county is dongying rubber tire production base,dependence on exports.In recent years,facing more and more problems,lead to serious,products are exported to overseas market penetration.Dongying H company,this paper are faced with the problem in overseas market,thorough analysis cause the international environment and the causes of low market share,to formulate strategies to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,increase the export quotas,increased market share.This paper introduces the international competition and the market marketing theory,on the basis of using the method,combining between the theoretical research and case analysis,the study examine the main problems and present situation of the H company on the United States and southeast Asia market,further discusses on the environment,at the same time,the choice of their overseas marketing strategy has carried on the theoretical analysis,found the overseas for the fact of the H enterprise development strategy and development goals.On this basis,from the channel strategy,brand strategy,price strategy,technology and management innovation,the introduction of cultivating the excellent talents,strengthening the government support and international cooperation etc.Put forward the ascension H enterprise overseas main countermeasures on tire market share.
