A Comparative Study On The International Competitiveness Of China And Mongolia 's Service Industry

With the development of globalization, service industry plays more and more important role in the country’s or areal economical activities. Many researchers have paid close attention to it. In addition, the development level of service industry involved a country’s economical development. In general, a developed country will be good at promoting the development of service industry. Although Chinese goods trade have came out top, the amount of GDP have been NO. 2, foreign exchange reserve have been NO.1, the development level of service industry is low in China. As Chinese neighbor, Mongolian development level of service industry is similar to Chinese. Both of them are low.Based Chinese and Mongolian current development level of service industry, this paper concludes some features of Chinese and Mongolian service industry, analysis some influence factors by Bota’s diamond model, and evaluates the international competitiveness of Chinese and Mongolian service industry by international market occupy rate, TC index, RCA index. In the end of this paper, the author concludes some advices in 3 aspects. China should express comparative superiority and perfect laws and regulations which about the service industry. Mongolia should enlarge to open to public use in service industry and strengthen the train to employee. In addition, China and Mongolia both should strengthened the trade foundation, optimize the trade structure which between China and Mongolia and emphasize the function of government.
