China is a developing country with a dual economic structure.Agriculture has always played an important role in its economic development.As the largest ethnic minority area and agricultural region in China,Xinjiang has a high level of agricultural modernization development in the country,with a comprehensive mechanization level of 85%,exceeding the national average of mechanization;the total area of high-tech water-saving irrigation is as high as 979.4.Ten thousand mu is the level of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang is relatively high,the level of agricultural development is still low.Therefore,improving agricultural production efficiency in the process of agricultural development,reducing the loss of input factors in agricultural development,reducing the loss of input factors in agricultural production,and enhancing the use of limited input factors are inevitable choices for the long-term development of Xinjiang agriculture.And “division of labor to improve efficiency”,agricultural division of labor will have a greater impact on the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.Based on the division of labor,this paper measures the agricultural production efficiency of Xinjiang county and uses the statistical data of Xinjiang county from 2008 to 2017 to study the impact of division of labor on agricultural production efficiency.The main research contents are as follows:Fist,based on agricultural input and output and agricultural division data to description of the statistical analysis of its changing trends,and provide data support for the measurement of agricultural production efficiency;Second,the SBM-DEA method is used to measure the static agricultural production efficiency of each county,and comparative analysis;Third,for Xinjiang agriculture decomposition analysis of the production efficiency of agricultural production index,through the analysis of DEA-Malmquist index decomposition of agricultural production in Xinjiang,to understand its changing trend;Fourth,using spatial panel data analysis method to study the agricultural division of county level for each county agriculture of the impact of production efficiency.Through descriptive statistics and model estimation,the following main conclusions of this study include:First,From the analysis of the current situation of agricultural division of labor and agricultural input and output,the level of agricultural division of Xinjiang has gradually increased in 2008-2017,and certain spatial differences,showing a low level of division of labor in a few counties and a high level of division of labor in a few counties;The county with high level of division of labor is mainly concentrated on both sides of the Tianshan Mountains;the agricultural input level has gradually increased in 2008-2017,but there is a downward trend in the agricultural labor force in northern Xinjiang and Dongjiang counties,and the southern Xinjiang shows an upward trend;agricultural output this year,it has shown steady growth.Secondly,from the static research of horizontal agricultural production efficiency,the overall agricultural production efficiency in Xinjiang in 2008-2017 is increasing year by year,and there are a few polarization pnenomena with high agricultural production efficiency and most low efficiency.At the same time,the input elements of agricultural resources have not been fully and efficiently utilized,and there is a certain degree of efficiency loss.Thirdly,from the dynamic research of vertical agricultural production efficiency,the agricultural production efficiency of the three major regional counties in Xinjiang shows an increasing trend year by year,but the regional agricultural differences are significant,and the northern Xinjiang has the highest production efficiency,followed by eastern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang.The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Xinjiang's agriculture have no obvious effect on the agricultural production efficiency in Xinjiang.Fourthly,From the perspective of spatial measurement model analysis,Xinjiang's agricultural production efficiency shows positive spatial correlation in 2008-2017,and spatial correlation increases year by year;external agricultural industry division of labor and internal agricultural production links and agricultural product types division of labor in agriculture has the most significant impact on agricultural production efficiency,while the agricultural production link has little effect on it.Finaly,based on the research results,the corresponding policies and recommendations are proposed.
