Foreign companies pouring into the Chinese market in the era of continuous change,the domestic enterprise development today,enterprises face the external market environment rapidly change the double pressure of internal management means backward,the enterprise to achieve the rational configuration of resources and strategic target,chose to be implemented within the enterprise comprehensive budget management,through the understanding of the external environment forecast and grasp of the enterprise itself situation during the enterprise strategic target decomposition to each,prepare budget of each period and the budget goal decomposition to each responsibility center,each responsibility center to budget targets in actual business activities as the guidance,in order to complete the budget target,at the end of the budget during,Evaluate the achievement of budget targets.By summarizing the domestic and foreign literature on traditional comprehensive budget management of enterprises,it is found that there are many problems in traditional comprehensive budget management,and it is difficult to solve them by traditional methods.In the era of big data at present,the arrival of the continuous development of information technology for enterprise management informationization,also through the information management for the enterprise provides a more effective path to solve these problems,in many of the enterprise information management software,SAP software as a business services specifically for ERP software,after years of development,the SAP software occupy a position in the world top 500 enterprises have.As the research object,this paper will take the FG company FG company’s existing comprehensive budget management in the budget establishment and budget implementation and control,budget review,there are all kinds of problems and defects during these problems lead to the comprehensive budget management can not play their role,and FG company has successfully run SAP system in 2016,after two years running time of the SAP system has been able to help the FG company more efficiently to complete the daily business activities,to apply the SAP system in the comprehensive budget management is imperative,therefore,this paper will be based on the SAP system to optimize FG company the comprehensive budget management of research,Including budget preparation,budget implementation and control of the procurement,inventory and sales links,as well as the budget evaluation,through the overall budget management optimization,to solve the existing problems in the FG company’s overall budget management.Through the study of this paper,based on the SAP system for FG company to optimize the overall budget management,can effectively solve the existing FG company in the overall budget management problems.Make FG company’s comprehensive budget management from manual management to information management,to achieve the timely summary of economic and business activities,analysis,call,control and adjustment of information,so that the comprehensive budget management for the enterprise better service,FG company’s comprehensive budget management to a new level.It is expected that this paper can be helpful to the information management of other enterprises.
