| The research on regional development level has always been a hot spot for scholars at home and abroad.With the implementation of the “the Belt and Road” strategy,the eastern border of Heilongjiang Province as a typical border area has ushered in new development opportunities.The research on the comprehensive development level of the border area of Heilongjiang Province is not only a supplement to the regional development theory,but also provides a scientific basis for the adjustment and improvement of the development planning of the border area in the future.It has important theoretical and practical value.Based on multi-source statistical data,this paper establishes a database of 18 border counties in Heilongjiang Province.And it uses the factor analysis method to construct a comprehensive development index model and a relative development index model.From the perspective of economic strength,management strength and service strength,the comprehensive development level and dynamic changes were studied,and the spatial pattern evolution was visualized by ArcGIS software.In the analysis of the inherent differences and influencing factors of the spatial and temporal evolution of the comprehensive development level in the border area of Heilongjiang Province,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article has a total of six chapters,the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter: This chapter discusses the background and significance of the research on the comprehensive development level of the border area of Heilongjiang Province,and elaborates the specific research objects,data sources,research contents and technical routes.The second chapter: This chapter defines the basic concepts of border area and regional development level.The relevant theoretical foundations include regional development difference theory and regional spatial structure theory,and summarizes and briefly reviews related research at home and abroad.The third chapter: Fully considering the actual situation of the research area and combining the statistical data to obtain the situation,this chapter selects 15 indicators that reflect the regional economic strength,management strength and service strength to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of regional development level,which is constructed by factor analysis,comprehensive evaluation model of regional development level in each year,and calculates the relative development index of regional development level,providing data support for follow-up research.The fourth chapter: This chapter identifies and classifies the changes in the time series of comprehensive development level in the border area of Heilongjiang Province.The study of internal differences uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.It takes into account the internal components and the regional development level comprehensive development index,relevance and its contribution to the level of comprehensive development of border areas.The fifth chapter: The spatial difference and spatial dynamic change process of the comprehensive development level in the border area of Heilongjiang Province are studied in stages,and the conclusions are visualized.The influencing factors are qualitatively analyzed in combination with the actual situation of the region.The sixth chapter: This chapter mainly summarizes the temporal and spatial evolution,and internals differences and influencing factors of the comprehensive development level of the border area of Heilongjiang Province in Chapters 4 and 5.And it conducts an objective explanation about the shortcomings of this research and contents need to be improved in the future. |
