Research On Characteristic Of Spatial-temporal Evolution Of The Circling Layer Structure Based On The Synchronous Area Of The “Four Modernizations” In China

Since the reform and opening up,our country's economy has been keeping a rapid growth.Besides,people's living standard and the international status of China have been rising.The eighteenth big reports of the party proposed that we should promote industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization called “four modernizations” synchronous development.This proposal was based on the issues of our country's “four modernizations” development.Nowadays,the development of industrialization has gone into a middle and later stage.The development of informatization has gone into a growth stage.The urbanization has gone into a rapid development stage.The agricultural modernization has gone into a stage where traditional agriculture is turning shift to modern agriculture.Because our country's “four modernization” development has many problems,just as lacking of fusion power and regional development's harmony,urbanization's lagging behind and so on,so it is necessary to research our country's “four modernizations” development,which can explain the current situation of “four modernizations” synchronous development and provide policy support for sustainable and healthy development of economy and construction of socialist modernization.This paper,firstly,explains the basic connotation of “four modernizations” and the research of “four modernizations” at home and abroad,which can provide theoretical support to “four modernizations” development.Then,this thesis researches spatial-temporal evolution of the circling layer structure based on the synchronous area of the “four modernization” in china,and builds modernizations development model to state the development level of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural,the coordinated development level of “four modernization” and the circling layer structure of “four modernizations synchronous zone”.Secondly,the paper analysis the influence factors of “four modernizations” synchronous development,and identify “problem regional” of our country's “four modernizations” development.Finally,the paper proposes relevant suggestions to promote the “four modernizations” synchronous development.The result shows as following: The level of development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization have been rising in recent years,and the regional differences are obvious;The circling layer structure of the synchronous area of the “four modernization” is evident;Our country's “four modernizations” synchronous development is affected by the level of informatization,economy,structure of industry and so on;The “problem regional” of “four modernizations” development are mainly located in the traditional agricultural zones of central China and hilly areas of southwest China,we should strengthen the policy support of these areas.
