With the development of domestic economy,China’s Internet e-commerce has begun to rise.Third-party payment that provides transaction solutions for e-commerce has been developed in China,and enterprises engaged in third-party payment have begun to appear.The offline POS business corresponding to the online third party transaction has begun to develop in order to solve the non-cash transactions.After the establishment of China Union Pay,the interconnection among the financial institutions has laid the foundation for the development of offline POS business.With the implementation of the "administrative measures for non-financial payment institutions" of the people’s bank of China,a large number of third-party POS enterprises are engaged in third-party POS business.The third-party payment industry is becoming increasingly competitive,industry regulation is increasingly strict,mobile payment is growing rapidly,intelligent POS applications are increasingly rich.This article takes a third-party POS business marketing KL company as the research object.According to the logical thinking of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,the third-party POS business marketing strategy of KL Company is studied.Based on the development of the company,internal operational description,combined with third-party POS customer demand in the market research analysis,the comprehensive contrast POS products,analyzing the development tendency of the third party POS business conditions on KL POS business market positioning research,determine the KL company POS market positioning for the professional service.On the basis of clarifying the position of KL’s POS service market,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the marketing strategy for KL company’s POS service.The marketing strategy optimization scheme involves product safety,price differentiation,marketing channel improvement,company publicity,personnel quality improvement,business image display,and standardized service process.In order to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy,the KL company’s organizational structure is proposed.In the process of researching KL company’s third-party POS service,it is found that under the line of the future payment scene line,the new payment methods will continue to be merged,code scanning payment,brush face payment,biological pay new payment will appear constantly,the future development trend of the third party POS payment is how POS business with a new effective integration,to meet the needs of constantly updated payment process.
