The 21 st century is the era of information economy.In the era of rapid development of Internet technology,cloud platform and big data,science and technology continue to facilitate people's lives and provide us with more and more convenient service experience.The third-party payment business,as an important support of electronic transactions,rapidly occupies the payment market with the characteristics of rapidity,security and convenience,and promotes the transformation of transaction mode.TL company,as one of the first payment license companies in China,is in a rapid development stage in recent years.However,as other enterprises and financial institutions continue to join the third-party payment market,market competition is intensified.In this context,how TL company's future business will develop,this paper makes a systematic analysis of TL company's third-party payment business.First of all,based on the analysis of the relevant theories and macro environment of the third-party payment,through the investigation of the current situation of TL's business marketing strategy,and from the perspective of product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,this paper expounds the current situation of TL's third-party payment business marketing;secondly,on the basis of the previous analysis,we put TL's third-party payment business into practice This paper analyzes the problems existing in the marketing strategy,and makes a macro analysis of the third-party payment business of TL company by using PEST analysis method,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of the third-party payment business of TL company by using SWOT analysis method.Finally,this paper proposes the development strategy of TL's third-party payment business.In order to achieve the rapid and healthy development of the third-party payment business of TL company,we should improve the product marketing,channel expansion,product pricing strategy,promotion strategy and talent training strategy.
