Research On The Operating Benefits Of Family Farms In Xihua County

As the gap between urban and rural areas in China is getting bigger and bigger,the income of rural residents is increasingly lagging behind urban residents,which directly leads to a large number of farmers going to work in cities to obtain higher income.The transfer of rural surplus labor has created the problem of land getting out of cultivation.This makes the possibility of a centralized and large-scale operation of the land.The large amount of rural idle land provides market supply for land transfer,and the state encourages the development of moderate scale operation of agriculture,which also lays the foundation for the generation and development of family farms.In 2013,China's No.1 Document No.1 officially proposed the development of family farms.In 2019,the family farm breeding program was launched again.With the strong support of the central government,family farms have developed to varying degrees,but there are still many problems to be solved.Based on the above background,this paper sorts out domestic and foreign research literature on family farm management from the perspective of family farm management efficiency,based on family contract management theory,scale economy theory,land property theory,and new agricultural management subjects and families.The concept of farm and operational efficiency was analyzed and defined.Then,the field research data will be sorted out.Based on careful analysis and analysis of the data and a large number of relevant literatures,the Xihua County family farms are divided into three types: planting,breeding,and breeding.The family farm samples are classified according to these three types.The representative family farms are selected as a case,and the comprehensive comparison of income,cost,and benefits is carried out for each case.The common characteristics of various types of family farms are summarized and analyzed.The overall development of Xihua County family farms.Through the research of this paper,the dilemma of improving the management efficiency of family farms in Xihua County is put forward: family farms have higher requirements for technical factors but local agricultural technology training is insufficient;the development of family farms requires large capital investment and local family farms are common.The lack of funds and the difficulty of loans;the development of family farms requires a large amount of land and the local land transfer area is small;family farms require multi-faceted government support and Xihua County's family farm policy supply is insufficient.According to the dilemma of improving the efficiency of family farms,combined with the development experience of family farms at home and abroad,the following suggestions are put forward: increase the special subsidies for family farms;strengthen the skills training for farmers,improve the technical training system;innovate the financial system,solve the family through multiple channels.The problem of difficult farm loans;perfect social service system;vigorously develop cooperatives,effectively play the role of cooperatives;and guide the rational and orderly circulation of land.
