Development Status And Suggestions Of Family Farms In Wenji Town, Fuyang City

As a new management mode of agricultural production in China,the benign operation of family farm is of great practical significance to the sustainable development of rural economy.This research through to reviewing the related theories and literature,the paper discussed the main factors affecting the development of the family farm,at the same time,relying on the 100 general family farm and 1 efficient agriculture family farm questionnaire of Wenji town,analysis of the development of the family farm's current,characteristics,problems and the reasons of the formation.Based on this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of family farm with the aim of improving the economic benefit of farm and the thinking of government decision.The research results show that the current development status of family farms in the Wenji town is mainly reflected in the following aspects:mainly operating field crops,the scale of farms keeps growing,the sales channels of agricultural products are mainly door-to-door acquisition and order sales,the degree of education is generally low for farmers,and the farm economic income is relatively stable.The main difficulties in farm operation are the lack of market information,the lack of sales channels and markets,the financial difficulties,the inconveniences of borrowing and the lack of educated and diligent employees.At the same time,most farmers want local governments and relevant departments to provide more assistance and build relevant platforms in farm development planning and projects,operation information,financing and employment.As the case study of the Gehaoxin family farm,which mainly operate the seedling and the undergrowth economic crops,have some characteristics such as big farming scale,high economic benefit,the farmer had high level of education;The farm has good family management foundation,abundant labor resources,support from local government and relevant departments,as well as good location advantage and industrial advantage to support.At the same time,the young farmers are good at seizing opportunities and have the spirit of innovation.In addition,the good internal and external environment of farming operations has promoted the healthy and rapid development of the farm.The development of the Wenji town' s family farm at present stage is still affected by several issues,including high cost of land circulation,limited marketing channels and the amount is not high,labor shortages and lock of technology,the sales channels of agricultural products are simple,the consciousness of the farm brand construction is weak,management level is not high,and so on.According to the theoretical analysis and research results,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions:simplify the land circulation link and reduce the operation cost of family farm.We will use policies to leverage financial institutions and non-financial institutions to support agriculture through financial means.Strengthen training to improve the management level of family farm operators;Innovate the training mechanism and open up the link between professional farmers and family farms.Establish the family farm' s brand awareness,promote the effective transformation of brand benefits;Optimize product structure and expand sales channels.
