Study On The Operating Efficiency Of Planting Family Farms In Xihua County

The no.1 document of the central government in 2018 clearly states that the rural revitalization strategy should be implemented.As a new type of agricultural operation entity,family farm's goal of maximizing interests enables it to promote farmers' income,which is in line with the implementation requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.In the process of family farm development,the effective operation of family farm is the key to ensure the long-term development of family farm.This study mainly studies the operating efficiency of plantation family farms.In the research process,eight family farms of planting type in xihua county were taken as the research objects,and the operation efficiency of eight family farms of planting type in xihua county was investigated and empirically calculated by combining the method of actual investigation and data envelopment analysis(DEA).In practical research part,not only to the basic situation of eight farm has carried on the detailed understanding,at the same time won the 2018 annual production and operation of the data,according to the production and business operation data and combined with planting class family farm the factors affecting the operating efficiency of the design of input and output of the two aspects of a total of nine subdivision index evaluation index system,farmers input index is divided into fixed number of year of the age,the education,the number of farm workers,farmland area,the circulation of farmland transfer others total cost,total acreage,employment cost,agricultural production cost;the output index is planting income.Then the data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to calculate the production and operation efficiency data of eight family farms.According to the calculation results,the eight class family farm planting management efficiency into better operational efficiency,the management efficiency of medium and low operational efficiency three categories,and each class for class family farm planting and analyses research combined with the actual situation in each kind of every family farm is put forward to promote its further development Suggestions.At the same time,according to the results of the study,this paper puts forward three suggestions for the family farm of planting industry to adopt multi-variety planting and management,give the policy support of grain crop family farm,and adjust the input to reach the best output in time.
