Research On The Layout Of Banking Outlets Under Rapid Urban Expansion

Since the end of the last century,the city of Zhengzhou has been expanding rapidly,and its comprehensive strength and influence have been continuously enhanced.It has gradually become a highly competitive development city and influential city in the middle of china.However,the contribution of its financial industry to the real economy is still limited,and still has gap with large cities.To promote the development of Zhengzhou and the central Henan urban agglomeration,needs the financial industry to provide more powerful support.Zhengzhou has remarkable regional advantages,and the development of its banking market ranks in the forefront of the country.At the end of 2017,there are 31 banking institutions in Zhengzhou.The total number of manual service outlets and ATM outlets is 3,248? However,most bank branches are still set up according to the city's administrative divisions,and the site selection of some bank branches is blind,which hinders the development of Banks.Understand the characteristics of the network layout,and adjustment the existing network in scientific guidance,planning the new branch,can effectively expand the service scope of the banking industry and improve the service quality.In this paper,through Python technology to get the bank outlets POI data,and combining with the Henan financial statistics yearbook,the website of China banking association,the official website of banks and the field survey data to sort out bank branch data.Use GIS to visualize the bank branch data,using the adjacent index,kernel density function method,buffer analysis,and average center,to present the space situation of bank network layout.At present,the bank branches appear "multi-center" concentration distribution characteristics,mainly around the business circle,colleges and universities,residential,industrial park,or government agencies concentrated area.The stage of rapid urban expansion of Zhengzhou,the branches shows the trend of dispersion-centralization-equalization distribution.The overall distribution center gradually shifted to the east,and the small and medium-sized bank branches shifted to the west.Then analysis the influence factors of the space layout by theoretical and empirical analysis,found the bank outlets layout has the central place effect and the agglomeration economy effect.And the branch of bank's increase negatively related to those factors such as per capita GDP,business volume of postal and telecommunication services,and related to per capita social fixed assets investment,number of financial,the loan level of financial institutions,urbanization,the urban road network density and others.It indicates that the expansion and construction of cities is the main reason affecting the expansion of bank branches in the meantime.Then,forecasted the future urban internal layout of the bank branch,the future of downtown artificial network agglomeration degree will gradually decline,the peripheral area will increase,the overall layout of the network will tend to be balanced.Lower branches will be replaced by the high grade branch or self-help bank,and the number of flagship outlets will increase abundantly.And the urban expansion and construction will become an important factor affecting the expansion of banking network.Finally,in order to clarify the change trend of banking network layout,and provide the basis for guiding the scientific layout and orderly development of banking network.
