Study Of Planning And Overrall Arrangement Factors About Bank's Sub-Branches For Hangzhou

China have been involved the WTO for five years. There are more and more foreign bank being in the china financial market , which make the china bank challenged. In the past there are the problem of many merchant bank construction ,such constructing repeatly ,blindly. The bank construction is determined according to the region area and the market disciplinarian is ignored, which make the bank run lowly.By the 2006, the amount of the four biggest bankes is 66804. How to analyze the arragement about bank's sub-branches becomes the urgent problem.This article is based on the difference relationship between the hangzhou bank's sub-branches and society economy. From these ,the article emphasized the bank's sub-branches factors.The author mainly analysize integrated marketing communication theory and advanced experience of foreign banks and other retail enterprise . The shortages are lack of overall planning, lack of conformity Jack of schematism and lack of technology. The author uses the software spss 13.0 to do factor analysis, cluster analysis and regression model by using those investigated data. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) To design an empirical analysis framework by using factor analysis, cluster analysis and regression model (2) how to affect the sub-branches.
