| Regional financial center is the financial hub of financial institutions, financial markets, financial information, financial sensitive developed advanced facilities and efficient financial services. Because the concentration of a large number of financial capital, human resources and other production factors to the regional financial center, the area and the surrounding areas of the economy will rapidly develop. In early 2010. the State Council brought Wanjiang City Belt Undertaking Industrial Transfer Demonstration Area Construction into the national development strategy to promote the rise of the central and western regions. The economical proportion of Hefei city in Anhui province is rising continuously, strengthening the implementation of the important status of rapid economic development area of Anhui in the Midwest. In view of Beijing. Shanghai as a national financial center city to the regional economic construction important influence. Anhui Government actively promote the construction of Hefei C rty as a national financial center. This paper is mainly based on Hefei downtown area within the second ring distribution of the data vector space of commercial banking branches, using various empirical methods to analyze commercial bank organization system. The study is mainly on spatial patterns and distribution characteristics of different types of commercial banks and the analysis of spatial distribution of driving mechanism of banking institutions, to enrich the related research results. Combination with the construction planning of Hefei city, the optimization of spatial layout of commercial banks branches has been put forward. Specific conclusions as below:(1) In the study area, the spatial distribution of state-owned commercial banks is the highest degree of concentration, joint-stock commercial banks second and regional commercial banks random. The accessibility of transportation has significant influence on the spatial distribution of commercial bank branches. The spatial distribution of whole commercial bank branches has directionality significantly with the overall expansion trend to the northeast and southwest. The spatial distribution central elements of bank branches were located near the core district party committee. The buffer layer analysis shows that, the spatial distribution of whole commercial bank branches is center agglomerated, agglomeration characteristics of state-owned commercial bank branches is the most significant, joint-stock commercial bank branches the second and regional commercial bank branches have no significant agglomeration characteristics. The buffer sector analysis shows that, the spatial distribution of banks branches has significant directivity. Kernel density analysis results show that, the spatial distribution of whole commercial bank branches is more gathering momentum. State-owned commercial banks are "scattered, large aggregation" mode of multi point pattern. joint-stock commercial banks are "scattered.small accumulation" pattern.the aggregation of regional commercial banks is not obvious, and the nuclear density is lower grade.belonging to the "big dispersed, not gathering" mode.(2) The driving mechanism of the spatial distribution of commercial bank branches shows that the expansion of construction land and transportation accessibility and economic activities have large influence on the spatial distribution of commercial bank branches. By means of optimizing space layout from banking branches to promote financial industry layout optimization point of view, three aspects should been concerned: the first is to strengthen the bank branches agglomeration effect in old city district. The second is the construction of side core financial operations, to ease the old city financial services and reduce the pressure of south area of Hefei city and West access to financial services transport costs. The third is the construction of the spatial distribution of the multi-level system of bank branches. Through government planning accelerating the banking branches to change focus on the construction of public service areas, to meet the requirements ofthe new situation of residents consumption structure upgrading demand for banking services. The demand of bank services for industrial upgrading can be meet by means of side core financial operation area and the agglomeration of bank branches in the area of new railway station. |
