Research On Industrial Integration And Agricultural Development Based On The Adaptability Of Agricultural Subjects

With the advent of the modern information technology revolution represented by electronic computers,the international information industry has developed rapidly.The initial industrial convergence refers to the "three networks convergence" of computer,communication equipment and radio and television industry.Later,with the rapid development of high and new technologies such as information technology and Bioengineering technology,industrial convergence has gradually become a new trend in the development of various fields.In modern agriculture,the integration of agriculture and related industries has developed many new agricultural development modes,such as information agriculture,bio-agriculture,tourism agriculture and so on.It is of great significance to study the integration of agriculture and related industries for enriching the theory of agricultural development and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture.Henan province,as an important production base of high-quality agricultural products in China,has great potential for agricultural development.Taking Henan province as an example,this paper studies agricultural development from the perspective of industrial integration by drawing on relevant excellent research results at home and abroad.Based on the principles of combining empirical analysis with normative analysis,qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,and through the methods of literature review,Herfindahl index,comparative analysis and complex adaptive system analysis,this paper takes Henan Province as an example,and advances the current development situation,evolution conditions and evolution mechanism of the integration of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province from the perspective of industrial integration.Based on the analysis,this paper evaluates the integration degree of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province in the past 10 years from two aspects: the integration of agriculture and related industries under macro-economy and the integration of related industries within agriculture.According to the evaluation results,it points out the problems existing in the integration development of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province and puts forward relevant suggestions.The results of this study are asfollows:1.The necessity and inevitability of the integration and development of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province.On the one hand,from Marx's social capital reproduction theory,division of labor theory,industrial cluster theory and complex adaptive system theory,it shows that the integration and development of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province has its theoretical basis;on the other hand,from the integration of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province,it is the objective requirement of multi-functionalization of agriculture,the inevitable choice of sustainable agricultural development,and agricultural modernization.The inevitable result shows that the integration of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province has important practical significance.2.The development status of agriculture under the industrial integration in Henan Province.The integration of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province has advantages in political,economic,social and technological environment.Under the integration of industries,there are four modes of agricultural development:permeable integration,integrated integration,cross-integration and comprehensive integration.Leading enterprises have become an important pillar of agricultural development,and scientific and technological innovation has provided a leading role for agricultural development.3.Under the complex adaptive system,adaptability creates complexity.The adaptable agricultural subject has the evolutionary characteristics of complexity and uncertainty,dynamics and regional differences,integrity and symbiosis.Under the open,unbalanced and non-linear conditions,industrial convergence takes the competition and synergy among the main bodies as its main driving force,which makes the internal subject and environment,the main body and the main body in an orderly and chaotic state,and achieves a dynamic and balanced evolution in a constantly changing environment.The evolution mechanism of industrial convergence under the main body of adaptive agriculture in Henan Province mainly includes three types: self-organizing mechanism,other-organizing mechanism and emergence mechanism.4.The integrated development of agriculture and related industries in HenanProvince is still at a low level.This is mainly due to the low level of integration and development of agriculture and related industries in Henan Province,the bottleneck constraints of talents,technology and other aspects of industrial integration,and the weak driving capacity of the main body of integration and development.5.Suggestions on promoting the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in Henan Province.We will deepen reform of agricultural mechanisms and systems,innovate management systems,strengthen oversight and management,and innovate mechanisms for linking interests.Perfect talent and capital management mechanism,formulate talent introduction mechanism,innovate talent cultivation strategy and broaden financing channels;To promote the development of the main body of agricultural operation and improve the development level of the main body of agricultural operation;We will strengthen agricultural infrastructure,such as transportation and it facilities.
