Customized furniture industry began to develop around 2000.Up to now,customized furniture products have gradually integrated into people's daily life and become a way of consumption to improve people's quality of life.In recent years,customized furniture companies have been listed intensively,which has attracted increasing attention.However,there is no comparatively perfect company value evaluation method in the customized furniture industry.In this paper,Suofeiya,the leading customized furniture company,is taken as the research object.On the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the principles and methods of value evaluation are applied to the specific listed companies of customized furniture by case study,so as to determine whether the company has investment value.Firstly,after the analysis of the basic situation such as industry development motivation,the market capacity and industry growth of customized furniture are specifically analyzed.In the company analysis,from the basic situation of the company's development,financial analysis,competitiveness analysis.After sorting out the basic situation of the company's development,the company's financial data are compared with the industry,and the company's operating capacity,solvency and profitability are analyzed;Through data comparison with the main competitors of the company in terms of business income scale,number of terminal stores,brand awareness and production base layout,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company are analyzed;comprehensive analysis of industry and company shows that the company can still have a good development prospect in the current industry environment.Secondly,based on the four methods of economic value-added method,free cash flow model,price-earnings ratio method and price-sales ratio method,can conclude that the reasonable value of Suofeiya per share is higher than the current stock market price,and it has long-term investment value.Finally,the paper analyses the internal reasons why the company's market value is lower than the company's reasonable value,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to realize the value of Suofeiya Company in view of the problems existing in the company's information disclosure,personal investor relationship management,dealer management and cabinet brand promotion.
