Research On Performance Management Optimization Of Retail Banking Of China CITIC Bank GY Branch

With the aggravation of homogenization of banking business,the competition between banks is becoming increasingly fierce.In this process,the performance of organizations and individuals has a direct impact on the operational efficiency and efficiency of banks.It determines whether banks can stand out in the fierce competition.Therefore,in the process of the development of retail banking business,the importance of performance management has become increasingly prominent.How to continuously establish and improve the performance management system that matches the business development of the bank itself,in order to better measure and improve the retail performance level of branches and employees,has also been paid more and more attention by bank managers.In this paper,CITIC Bank GY Branch is selected as the research object,focusing on the current comprehensive evaluation of branch retail business,retail customer manager rating assessment,retail line performance compensation allocation,retail line quarterly competition program,the current situation of retail performance management and problems in the actual implementation process are comprehensively analyzed.At the same time,using the method of theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper optimizes the process of performance planning,performance counseling and communication,performance appraisal and performance results application of GY Branch.Finally,according to the actual situation of the branch,it summarizes the specific principles of performance management optimization and the safeguard measures to be taken in the actual implementation.The conclusions of this paper play a positive role in promoting the development of retail banking business of GY branch,and may also provide a reference for commercial banks with the same operational development requirements to build and improve the performance management system of retail banks.
