| Company Y,the sample company selected in this thesis,is a labor-intensive manufacturer specializing in the production of woman’s underwear.Company Y established in Dongguan in 1999.Although it has developed for 20 years,it has been troubled by the high employee turnover rate,increasing operation cost and difficulties in recruitment,which has seriously affected its further development strategy.Research on employee turnover risk,prevention and control measures is the priority of Company Y to continue the operation in China.Employee is the foundation of company’s development.To achieve sustainable operation and good benefits,company should attach importance to the needs of employees,listen to their voices,and improve management methods from the perspective of employees.Employees’ satisfaction with the company reflects the management level of the company.If employees’ satisfaction is low,their work enthusiasm will be low and their output and efficiency will not be guaranteed.Only by improving employees’ satisfaction with the company,encouraging employees to work harder and improving work efficiency,can employees create more wealth and value for the company while increasing their income.Only by combining the personal development of employees with the development of enterprises can a win-win situation be achieved.Using Company Y as the research object,this thesis adopts literature reading method,questionnaire survey method,induction and other research methods,and take reference of domestic and abroad turnover theory,conducted a comprehensive analysis on Company Y personnel structure,turnover data,questionnaire survey results.It is found that employee’s turnover is related to the job satisfaction.At the same time,put forward a series of prevention and control measures which can efficiently help reducing the potential turnover risk of Company Y.The final purpose of this thesis is to improve employee’s job satisfaction,and ultimately achieve employee’s stabilization,and get a win-win situation,and achieve company’s long-term development. |
