Research On Supply Chain Management System Optimization Of Beijing Zhibo Company Based On Lean Management

Under the condition of global economic integration and the rapid development of science and technology,manufacturing enterprise is faced with fierce market competition,customer demand increasingly diverse,product update accelerated,the market competition has been turned from the competition between enterprises into the competition between the supply chain.Thus,Enterprises need to carry out optimization of supply chain,integration of resources,collaborative development,shorten product cycle,improve product and service quality level,so that to meet customer demand quickly and effectively,and improve the core competitiveness.Taking Beijing Zhibo Company as an example,this paper studied the coordination and optimization of lean supply chain management system by reading a large number of domestic and foreign research literature and applying relevant theoretical knowledge.Firstly,on the basis of the supply chain management theory,lean management theory,lean supply chain management theory and supply chain management coordination and optimization theory,this paper analyze the case company’s supply chain management for the current situation and existing problems.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing enterprise characteristics,product characteristics,enterprise goals and development strategies,using the related theory knowledge,a new lean supply chain management system model with strategic alliance as the central pivot,information sharing as the lifeblood,optimized inventory as the bridge,optimized logistics as the bond,and performance incentive as the guarantee is constructed.Then it expounds the aspects of the elements of the lean supply chain management system and analyzes the interaction between the elements of the lean supply chain management system.Finally,based on the characteristics of the lean supply chain management system of the case company,the cooperative enterprise structure model of the lean supply chain of the case company is constructed.Then through the implementation process of the lean supply chain management system,it discusses the coordination and optimization between partners and the optimization within each node enterprise,puts forward the implementation methods and strategies of lean supply chain management system and the safeguard measures of lean supply chain management system,in order to provide decision-making reference for the optimization of enterprise supply chain management system.
