Follow steps of Lean production implementation, based on the status of production management, after C company analysis and planning process, design flow process for future production. The company introduced the Lean visual management and achieved 30% reduction in inventory, promote culture of continuous improvement, employee full participation to eliminate the waste in production, shorten production lead time 30%, reduce operational costs by 15%.Again, this article use lean management principles and strategy of centralized procurement, optimize the supply chain organization, established vendor partnership to reduce procurement costs by up to 7%.optimization of transport processes, saving transport costs up to 20%.Improved supplier selection and supplier performance management related processes, thereby enhancing supplier delivery and quality performance through the cooperation from supply chain process.Finally, this paper illustrates the effectiveness from the relevant data during process optimization.
