Under the challenge of globalization and new normal economy,under the opportunity of rapid development of logistics industry and national support of logistics development and"manufacturing 2025" strategy,the automobile supply chain combines the characteristics of logistics industry and manufacturing industry.This paper takes them as the starting point.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to combine lean thinking and synergetics theory with supply chain management to propose lean supply chain collaborative management concept.Logistics,information flow and capital flow are the three dimensions of lean supply chain collaborative management,and procurement coordination,transportation coordination,inventory coordination,information collaboration and financial coordination are important management contents for the lean supply chain collaborative management.For the performance evaluation of automobile lean supply chain coordination management,first of all,the performance evaluation index system is based on the selection of performance evaluation indicators,supply chain management three-stream integration,considering the cost-effectiveness,specific aspects of the synergy,and highlights the characteristics of the automotive industry and lean thinking.Secondly,five first-level indicators are selected around logistics,information flow and fund flow,and 25 second-level indicators are selected around procurement,transportation,inventory,information and funds to construct a scientific and reasonable index system.Then,a new evaluation method-dynamic multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on improved entropy weight method is proposed.Finally,the synergy degree of the composite system is quantified by the synergy degree model.According to the characteristics of the data,the efficiency coefficient method is selected.The improved efficiency coefficient method can effectively overcome the problem that the optimal and the worst value are difficult to be determined,and the data loss is scientific and rational to keep all the sample data and objectively reflect the comprehensive evaluation results.The improved entropy method considers the "positive and negative information entropy",the influence caused by the small change of the information entropy,and the influence of the index number,which can objectively reflect the weight of the index data.Considering the influence between data to adjust the membership value dynamically.On the basis of the overall evaluation,this paper uses the synergy degree of the complex system to measure the coordination between subsystems.The improved efficiency coefficient method is used to deal with the data dimensionlessly.The dynamic multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the improved entropy method is used to evaluate the operation status of the supply chain,and the evaluation result is "good".The case data make a depth analysis,from second-level indicator and first-level indicator,as well as first-level indicator and comprehensive evaluation results,and synergy degree,so as to find the supply chain management problems.Procurement and inventory are very important link for the logistics management.The paper puts forward the improvement measures from the five aspects to the outstanding problems of supply chain management.Although the paper has achieved some results,it is necessary to further study the lean supply chain collaborative management to enrich its theory and connotation.
