Vith the fierce competition in the market and the increasing demand for product production,in order to effectively improve product quality,companies often propose a combination of multiple management methods for the development of production processes and improve the degree of coordination for management practices.Control chart and maintenance management,as two important tools for production process control,have attracted attention because of their close relationship with each other in process control.Control chart mainly monitors the production process through statistical techniques,infers process status,and early gives warning,which can be used as the basis for formulating the maintenance policy.What s more,the maintenance activity affects the process status and improves the system performance,which has an effect on the process quality monitoring policy.Although there is a close data sharing relationship between the two tools,most of the current research is still to discuss the two separately,which results in the increase of management costs and many sub-optimal control programs.Therefore,how to carry out the joint design research of control chart and maintenance management and realize the data sharing relationship between the two is crucial to the improvement of the comprehensive economic benefits of the organization.On the basis of reviewing the related literatures on the joint design of control charts and maintenance policy at home and abroad,this paper takes the control chart design considering the maintenance policy as the main research line,develops the joint design model of the two from the static and dynamic perspectives,and verifies the validity of the model by the application of the example.This paper mainly contributes to the following two aspects:(1)This paper develops an integrated design model for static co,ntrol chart and maintenance policy.By re-dividing the process state,this paper constructs the the process state transition probability matrix by using the Markov method,develops an integrated economic statistical design model for static control chart and maintenance policy,and verifies the validity of the model by the application of the example.The research results show that under the premise of not considering the system failure limit,when the process total cost optimization is the optimization goal,the imperfect maintenance policy has more cost advantages than the perfect maintenance policy,and the improvement factor has a positive effect on perfect maintenance cost and minimal maintenance cost;Although the economic statistical design model will cause a slight increase in cost,it effectively reduces the number of false alarms in the process.And there is a significant positive impact between total process cost and process failure rate,mean deviation degree and perfect maintenance cost.(2)This paper develops an integrated design model for VSI control chart and maintenance policy.Combining with the characteristics of VSI control chart,this paper designs the joint control policy of VSI control chart and imperfect maintenance,develops the optimization model of the two from the perspective of economic statistical design,and verifies the application of the model by genetic algorithm.The research results show that the optimization model designed in this paper has advantages in cost saving;there is a significant positive impact between total process cost and process failure rate,mean deviation degree and non-conforming product cost.This paper takes the maintenance policy as the research premise,and develops the integrated model of static control chart and maintenance policy,the integrated model of VSI control chart and maintenance policy respectively,which enriches the joint design theory of existing control chart and maintenance strategy,and provides a reference for the production process quality control practices.
