With the development of science and technology,more and more people pay attention to the quality of products,and it also becomes the main starting point of competition among enterprises.Differentiate from the traditional statistical quality control,modern enterprises often pay more attention to the economy of the whole production process.So it is very important to select the reasonable control chart and equipment maintenance.Because the exponential distribution represents process failure time interval has limitations in the actual project application,we propose the Weibull distribution to represent the time of state transition,and variable parameter control chart model is proposed based on Weibull distribution function.Expanding the research on the Weibull distribution,it provides an important support for the enterprise practice.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Construct the economic model of variable parameters control chart based on Weibull distribution.Based on the analysis of several distribution functions and the equipment maintenance model,combining with the limitations of the Weibull distribution economic model of fixed parameters control chart in the practical engineering application,we construct the economic model of variable parameters control chart which the process state transition time interval are all selected by the Weibull distribution.(2)Study on the economic model of variable parameters control chart based on Weibull distribution.For the comparative analysis,the paper first constructs the economic model of the variable parameter control chart which is characterized by the exponential distribution to represent the process transition time interval,including in controlled,out of control and failure.Secondly,the cuckoo algorithm is used to solve the minimum cost per unit time of the above three economic models and the statistical control chart parameters are calculated corresponding to the minimum cost per unit time.Then,based on the cost parameters of the reference,the validity of the variable parameters control chart based on the Weibull distribution is analyzed,and the sensitivity analysis of the cost parameters and time parameters in the economic model is also analyzed.The results show that the variable parameter economic based on Weibull distribution model has lower unit cost and wider application range.(3)The research and application of Weibull control chart under parameters estimation.The influence of the shape parameter and the scale parameter in the Weibull distribution function on the economic model is studied.In this paper,the improved economic model is applied to the engineering problems,and the relevant parameters of the economic model can be determined through the investigation of the enterprise.The improved economic model proposed in this paper has better economic performance and certain engineering application value.The research work will provide important decision-making basis for quality control and equipment maintenance to enterprise,which has important reference value for enterprises to improve product quality,reduce operating costs and increase profits...
