Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy,Chinese enterprises are gradually transforming into a new force to promote innovation and creation,and competition among enterprises is transformed into competition for innovation strength.Scientif-ic and technological innovation is the driving force to enhance the core competition level of enterprises,and scientific and tec.hnological personnel are the main force for the development of enterprise innovation activities and an important force to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,effectively stimulating the innovation enthusiasm and sustainability of scien ce and technology personnel plays a key role in the innovation and development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper mainly studies what kind of equity incentives enterprises can achieve the best incentives for scientific and technological personnel,in order to promote the innovation and initiative of scientific and technological personnel,and improve the innovation performance of enterprises.Based on the existing research,this paper collects 323 valid questionnaires through field research and network distribution,and uses SPSS24.0 and AM OS 17,0 to conduct quality test and statistical analysis on formal questionnaire data.Through multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis,the relationship between technology incentives,innovation initiative and corporate innovation performance was discussed and verified.The empirical results show that:?The equity incentives of scientific and technological personnel have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.The impact effects are restricted stocks,stock appreciation rights,equity options and virtual stocks.?The technology incentives of scientific and technological personne.l have a significant positive impact on the innovation of science and technology personnel.?The innovation initiative of scientific and technological personnel has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.?The innovation initiative of science and technology personnel plays a partial intermediary role between the equity incentives of scientific and technological personnel and the innovation performance of enterprises.The intermediary role is innovation intention,innovation ability and innovation behavior.This paper discusses the relationship between equity incentives and corporate innovation performance from the perspective of innovation and innovation of science and technology personnel,which helps enterprise management to understand the incentive effect of equity incentive mechanism on scientific and technological personnel to promote innovation performance of enterprises,help to improve corporate governance structure and promote enterprises.Establish an effective incentive mechanism for scientific and technological personnel,and provide theoretical support for enterprises to further improve the equity incentive mechanism and sustainable development.
