Research On The Effect Of Jiangxi's Innovation And Entrepreneurship Policy

Under the new normal state of the economy,the growth rate slows down.China's economic development is in urgent need of looking for a new type of power to enhance vitality and toughness,accumulating energy and storing up.Thus,"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" will grow smoothly.Under the background of the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in China,the good development trend of "double creation" can not be separated from the support of relevant national policies.It is of great significance for the government to formulate a "double creation" policy to guide the researchers to actively participate in the "double creation".Based on this,the thesis first integrates the relevant policies of Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the factors that influence the participation of the researchers in the "double invasive" activities through the analysis of the core,supporting policies,and the construction of the platform and combining the status of "double creation" in the region.Then,taking the phase data of Jiangxi Province as an example,the effectiveness of the relevant units and scientific researchers in the region under the "double creation" policy of "eight Gan" and "Gan ten" was studied to determine the effectiveness of the policy.In the end,the questionnaire survey and field interview are used to investigate the participants and analyze the problems of the "double creation" in Jiangxi province.On the basis of summarizing the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward some pertinent policy suggestions,in order to provide a good external environment for the regional science and research personnel to actively participate in "double creation".Based on the analysis of policy analysis and on-the-spot investigation,this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the implementation of "double creation" policy for scientific and technological personnel.To clarify and straighten out the inherent logic of policy itself and policy implementation is the basis for building a "double creation" policy system,as well as a fundamental factor affecting the implementation effect of policies.Secondly,we should guide more scientific research achievements to enter the industrial orbit.The government should play a leading role actively,effectively connect the cooperation of the participants,and enhance the transformation efficiency.On the other hand,it is an important way for thegovernment to promote the "double creation" effectively by grasping the influential factors,dredging the access channels of the related elements of "double creation" and exploring the development of the new model.At the same time,we should take full account of the bad atmosphere of the current external environment,and propose relevant suggestions to optimize it,which is an essential support for the future "double creation" road.The enthusiasm of researchers is closely related to the guidance of relevant policies.The government needs to take into account the scientificity and objectivity of policies so as to better guarantee the implementation effect.
