Steven Paul Jobs,the founder of Apple once said that "an excellent employee is equivalent to twenty ordinary employees." Individual differences lead to differences in their ability and contribution.Enterprises always prefer excellent employees,willing to give them sufficient resources to support,and will also give more freedom in various systems,such as special training opportunities,flexible working hours,allowing telecommuting under certain conditions.This phenomenon gradually evolved into a personalized work arrangement in which employees and leaders negotiated,namely idiosyncratic deals.Innovation is the source of a company's competitive advantages,and excellent employees are often good at innovative thinking.In the work that plays a key role in the success of the company,they always give full play to the creative power.So is it possible to strengthen the employee's innovative behavior by signing idiosyncratic deals with them? Based on the job demands-resources model,this paper deeply discusses the impact mechanism of idiosyncratic deals affecting employees' innovative behavior.This research first puts forward the research questions in the introduction and points out the research significances,research approaches and possible innovations of the paper.Then reviews the connotations,dimensions and measurement methods and related research of idiosyncratic deals,creative self-efficacy,challenge stressor,trait regulatory focus and innovative behavior.And then combined with the job demands-resources model and social cognitive theory,the paper puts forward research hypotheses and theoretical models.In order to test the proposed research hypothesis,this study used a good reliability and validity variable scale to conduct a questionnaire survey.And the data of 217 valid questionnaires were processed and analyzed through the statistical analysis software.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn:(a)Idiosyncratic deals has a significant positive effect on innovative behavior;(b)Idiosyncratic deals has a significant positive effect on creative self-efficacy and challenge stressor;(c)Idiosyncratic deals affects innovative behavior through creative self-efficacy and challenge stressor;(d)Promotion regulatory focus plays the moderating role on the relationship between idiosyncratic deals and creative self-efficacy;(e)Prevention regulatory focus plays the moderating role on the relationship between idiosyncratic deals and challenge stressor.According to the research results,the paper points out the contribution of the study,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the business management practice based on the actual situation.The end of the paper points out the shortcomings and limitations of the research,proposing the possible research directions in the future.
