With the escalation and deepening of the trade war,it has become increasingly important to improve the innovation capabilities of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness and independence of their core technologies. In an enterprise,knowledge-based employees are the main carrier of enterprise innovation, and their innovative behavior is the foundation of enterprise innovation, directly affecting the innovation performance of the enterprise, and even the survival and development of the enterprise. How to motivate the innovative behavior of knowledge workers has received extensive attention from all walks of life.At present, scholars’ research on the antecedent variables of innovative behaviors mainly focuses on the three levels of individual, organization, and job characteristics.Among them, individual factors include personality traits, cognition, and emotions. In many cases, the generation of individual behavior is not caused by a single cognitive or emotional factor, but the result of a combination of cognitive and emotional factors. Therefore,if only a single cognitive or emotional factor has an impact on individual behavior. The explanations inevitably lack strength. If one can explore the impact of a variable with three constructs of cognition, emotion, and motivation on human behavior,it will have a good explanatory power.Work passion carries the motivation, values and emotions of employees, reflects their degree and willingness to work, and has a stronger interpretation of employee behavior.More and more scholars use work passion to explain the work behavior of employees, but fewer scholars pay attention to the influence of work passion on innovation behavior. This article takes knowledge employees as the research object, based on the theory of resource preservation, starting from the perspective of cross-domain flow of resources between work and family, and following the role of work cognition-work-family relationship-work experience-work behavior paradigm,Respectively construct different chain mediation paths of dual work passion to innovative behavior, and discuss the moderating effect of family supportive supervisory behavior at the same time. The questionnaire survey method was used to collect data, and finally 493 valid questionnaires were obtained.Perform data analysis and hypothesis testing through statistical analysis tools such as SPSS22.0,MPLUS7.0 and PROCESS.The results show that the harmonious work passion of knowledge employees has a direct and significant positive effect on work-family promotion and innovative behavior.Harmonious work passion of knowledge employees can positively affect the prosperity of work through work-family promotion,Harmonious work passion of knowledge employees can positively affect innovative behavior through work-family promotion and working prosperity;Knowledge-based employees’ compulsive work passion has a significant positive effect on work-family conflicts, but has no significant effect on innovative behaviors.Knowledge-based employees’ compulsive work passions can effect emotional exhaustion positively through work-family conflicts, while work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion have no significant intermediary effect on the chain between compulsive work passion and innovative behavior;family-supporting supervisor behavior can weaken the positive relationship between compulsive work passion and work-family conflict But it cannot adjust the relationship between harmonious work passion and work-family promotion. Finally, this article puts forward the corresponding management enlightenment based on the analysis conclusion, and looks forward to the future research.
