At present,in the field of human resources management,with the continuous development society,the increasing challenge has brought a serious of new problems.Now,business management is facing two “environment” changes,external macroeconomic environment changes and internal micro-management environment changes.New challenges and opportunities call for innovators with outstanding capabilities.At the same time,how to make employees quickly adapt to changes become very important.Based on this situation,scholars put forward the concept of transformational leadership.They mainly focus on the influence that transformational leadership have on employee's performance,and the win-win situation they gonna get.At the same time,scholars put forward the concept of adaptive performance.It emphasizes the adaptability of employees to new tasks,so it can enable enterprises to maintain a long-term competitive advantage.Therefore,how to improve the employee's adaptive performance through the effectiveness transformantional leadership is the key point.Based on the theory review,individuals define themselves in terms of their group relationships.The final result proves that transformational leadership can effectively develop employees' potential and improve their adaptability by means of intellectual stimulation and personal care.At the same time,due to the leader's chrisma and care,employees will identify their leaders and thus their organization.Employees with higher organizational identity will take more active measures to safeguard the interests of the organization when facing the fierce environmental competition,which is more conducive to improving their adaptive behavior.Therefore,taking organizational identity as a mediating variable can help to reveal the mechanism of transformational leadership's influence on employee's adaptive performance.At present,there are few empirical studies about this topic,and the intermediate mechanism is not clear.According to social identity theory,from the perspective of individual's perception of organize,organizational identity is selected as a psychological variable.This paper attempts to examine the research path of "transformational leadership ? organizational identity ? adaptive performance ".,In this research collected 278 data.Study result shows that there are strong positive relationships between transformational leadership and employees' adaptive performance.Organizational identity plays a mediating role.Meanwhile,proactive personality plays a moderating role in this path.There are also some suggestions in the end,including how to develop transformantional learship,how to select suitable employees,how to establish a security and trust company atmosphere,and how to improve the traning assessment system.
