The pace of economic globalizationisspeeding up and it makes the competition in the market more and more fierce.Enterprises need to constantly enhance their core competitiveness.to obtain advantages in the fierce competition.Human capital become the core competitive resources of enterprises that can not be replaced.Therefore,the enterprise must pay attention to the cultivation of talents and construction of highperformance work systems.For a long time,research on the affect to employees' task performance has achieved certain results, but few studies are based on the dual perspectives of managers and employees.Therefore,(1)in China's specific situation,this research are from the double perspectives of transformational leadership and employees' psychological empowerment,exploring its influence on employees' task performance.This research has very important theoretical significance and practical value;(2) based on social exchange theory and social network theory, job embeddedness is proprosed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and task performance;leader-member exchange is proprosed to analyze the effect of mental empowerment and task performance;(3)in order to make these findings credible,the study makes proactive personality as situational variables to explore the strength and direction between the above relationship.To achieve the above analysis,we construct a theoretical model and make empirical analysis.Based on the variables in the model,this study selects applicable measure tools,develop questionnaires,design the investigation and collect the sample data(209 samples),and analyze the data.The analysis procedure includes(1)perform the data validity test;(2)make the correlation analysis;(3)construct the SEM model and make mediating effect test by Lisrel8.7;(4)makehierarchical regression testing to test regulating effect.The following is concluded:(1)job embeddedness mediates the influence of mental empowerment on task performance of employees;(2)leader-member exchange totally mediates the influence of transformational leadership on task performance;(3)proactive personality moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and leader-member exchange;(4)the moderating role of proactive personality betweenjob embeddedness and mental empowerment is not tested.Finally,based on the results of investigation and data analysis,we analyze the theory significance and practice significance,and put forward some suggestions to enterprises: Enterprises should strengthen the training of managers' transformational leadership style; Create a good organization atmosphere,improving the degree of psychological empowerment. At the same time,enterprises should pay attention to dig employees' personality traits in the training of employees and make them play their subjective initiative.
