In the final analysis,the sustainable development of an enterprise relies on talents.How to attract talents,retain talents,and stimulate the wisdom and motivation of talents.Every enterprise is constantly thinking and practicing.At present,with the continuous deepening of the reform of major enterprise systems,the competition in the same industry has become increasingly fierce,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the transformation of traditional design companies.It also puts new demands on the human resources management of design companies.Especially in terms of employee motivation,a series of problems have arisen.With the development of the economy,the changes of the times,the post-90 s employees with distinctive characteristics of the times have entered the social work,and are growing into an important subject in the current social employment market.At the same time,they have received extensive attention and comments from all walks of life.After 90 s,the employees have distinctive characteristics.They are active in thinking,have strong learning ability and dare to innovate.However,since most of them are only children,they are more vulnerable in their hearts,weaker in frustration and less loyal to enterprises.After 90 s,employees entered the design company's work.How to make the employees and enterprises in the 90 s adapt to each other and stimulate each other,which is especially important for employee development and corporate growth.Based on this social background,this paper studies the comprehensive motivation theory at home and abroad,combined with the growth background of the post-90 s youth,and takes the post-90 employee incentive management problem of A company as a research case,sums up the salary incentives that Company A has in the incentive mechanism.The form is single,the performance appraisal system is lacking,the execution is poor,the career planning is missing,the promotion system is imperfect,and the construction of excellent corporate culture is neglected.In view of the existing problems,based on the motivation theory,this paper improves and designs the incentive mechanism of the post-90 employees of Company A.Improve employee incentive mechanism from five aspects: salary system,performance appraisal,training mechanism,corporate culture,and innovative work style.Through the research of A company's post-90 s employee incentive case,this paper hopes to provide targeted advice on the current human resource management issues of Company A,and also provides valuable reference value for incentive management in the same type of enterprise.
