Distribution channels are an important factor for companies to achieve product sales,and an important source of information for companies to understand and grasp market demand.With the rapid development of the electrical industry,market competition has intensified,and the role of strategic means of products,prices,and promotions in improving the operating performance of electrical manufacturing enterprises has begun to appear to be inferior.The distribution channel has become an important factor for the management of the company.It not only ensures the stable and stable development of the distribution channels of the electrical manufacturing enterprises,but also further strengthens the core competitiveness,which is a subject worthy of study.However,there are relatively few studies on the performance evaluation of the distribution channels of electrical equipment companies.Therefore,how to analyze and deepen the performance evaluation of distribution channels of electrical equipment companies will be the starting point of this thesis.This thesis selects ZS electric company as the research object.ZS Electric Company is a private enterprise,and it is a medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in North China.There are large joint-stock companies,and there are small and micro enterprises competing.At the same time,in the face of "Made in China 2025" and the opportunities for the coordinated development of Tianjin,Beijing and Hebei.ZS Electric Company made a social contribution to the local economy.However,Small and medium-sized enterprises in the electrical industry are facing the phenomenon of “high shipments and low profits”,and many companies are selling at low prices,disrupting the healthy development of the market.Opportunities and challenges coexist,ZS Electric needs to further control the distribution channels,so that enterprises have the initiative in the market,so it is crucial to improve the efficiency of the channel by evaluating the distribution channel performance,sorting and adjusting the distribution channels.The theoretical basis of this thesis is the performance evaluation of distribution channels and distribution channels.Based on the distribution channel performance evaluation procedures and standards,the factors affecting the performance of distribution channels are fully considered,and the distribution channels as a whole are evaluated,from producer efficiency,middleman efficiency,and end customers.From the perspective of efficiency,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation index system of ZS electric company,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of ZS electric company.Combined with the actual situation analysis,the existing problems of the distribution channel efficiency of ZS electric company are: credit problems,poor channel cost management,channel member business conflict,low after-sales satisfaction,and imperfect channel construction.Finally,combined with the relevant literature and the actual development of the company,the following improvement plans are proposed: reducing credit generation,improving channel cost management,avoiding vicious conflicts of channel member business,improving after-sales service level,and improving channel construction.In order to improve the distribution channel management of ZS Electric Company and improve channel performance,it plays a certain role.
