Research On The Evaluation Of Compliance Risk Management Guarantee System Of Urban Commercial Banks

The process of RMB internationalization and the "One Belt and One Road" initiative have brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of China's urban commercial banks,at the same time,it puts forward higher requirements for the compliance risk management of urban commercial banks.Although the construction of compliance risk management system of urban commercial banks has been basically completed,they are still faced with the dilemma of stricter external supervision and frequent internal compliance risks.Under the current situation that the industry system layout has formed a framework,the improvement of compliance risk management ability is no longer limited by whether there is a complete compliance risk management framework,but depends on the improvement of the existing compliance risk management mechanism and the maximum effectiveness.Therefore,the construction of compliance risk management guarantee system has become the decisive factor to improve the effectiveness of compliance risk management of commercial banks.In this paper,by sorting out relevant literatures at home and abroad and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different elements of compliance risk management,a more reasonable evaluation structure of security system is selected and a system evaluation model with five elements as the core is proposed.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper selects J Bank as the research object and the entry point,builds an evaluation model through AHP,and analyzes the prominent problems existing in compliance risk management assurance of urban commercial banks by combining the quantitative results of interviews and questionnaires.Finally,based on the above problem analysis,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on promoting the compliance risk management guarantee construction of urban commercial banks from four aspects: cultivation of compliance culture,coordination of compliance management system,unification of compliance risk management standards and transformation to substantive compliance.
