A Study On The Construction Of Adaptability Evaluation System For The Compliance Risk Management In Urban Commercial Banks

With the rapid development of the financial market and the continuous deterioration of the competitive environment among peers,the operating environment of the banking industry has become more complex,risk incidents continue to erupt,and the implementation of compliance risk management is an urgent task.Compared with the relatively mature large-scale commercial banks,the compliance risk management level of city commercial banks is obviously at a disadvantage.Only city commercial banks regard compliance risk management as a key element in their operations in order to gain a foothold in the market.The effective evaluation of the compliance risk management of city commercial banks will help them to discover the weak links in management and improve their risk management capabilities.At present,research on the evaluation of compliance risk management of city commercial banks is still in its infancy,and a unified evaluation method has not yet been formed.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific evaluation system is of great significance to the realization of comprehensive risk management of city commercial banks.First,this paper compares and summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on compliance risk management.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to select reasonable indicators to construct the evaluation system.Again,taking 13 A-share listed city commercial banks as samples,the evaluation system constructed in this paper is used to evaluate their compliance risk management capabilities.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,suggestions for improving the compliance risk management of city commercial banks are put forward.Taken together,the evaluation system constructed in this paper can help city commercial banks to improve their risk management level and achieve highquality development.
