Study For Process Optimization Of GB Company HDI Production Line

Based on the theory of process optimization and lean production,we take a HONGKONG Enterprise,GainBase Company(Abbreviation:GB Company)as the research object,focus on the whole production line process of the high density interconnection board(Abbreviation:HDI board)PV022200518-0A by the survey research method and value stream map.The main research contents are as the following: Firstly,in this thesis,we use the value stream map to compare the value stream map and future value stream map of GB PV022200518-0A products,and to find the waste and non-value-added activities hidden in the production line process.Secondly,we apply the two tools,Fishbone and ECRS to find the problems and causes in the current HDI process.And then to explore the possibility of process improvement in each key production line,we select the two key processes,DVCP and pressing,for optimization and comparative test.Through the analysis and comparison of process parameters assessed by professional teams,the optimal process flow and parameter results were obtained after integration.The results show that the optimization scheme can improve production efficiency,save production costs of the whole production line process and shorten the production cycle time of HDI.Finally,we put forward the safeguard measurements to implement the process optimization results of GB Company.The results show that the production line process optimization scheme of GB Company based on lean thinking principle and process optimization theory can help to solve the problems of long product delivery time,high manufacturing cost and measurement of the performance of production management team.We hope this study can do good for improving customer satisfaction,meet the original design intention and as a reference to other PCB manufacturing enterprises for their production line process optimization.
